
The Rideau District Museum was established in 1961 to collect, preserve, and display the artifacts reflecting the history and people in our region’s past. It is housed in an authentic blacksmith and carriage shop constructed in the 1850s.
Hours: May 18 - June 30: Wed - Sun, 9:30am - 4:30pm
July 1 - Labour Day: Mon - Sun, 9:30am - 4:30pm
Fall Season (to Oct 13): Wed - Sun, 9:30am - 4:30pm
