Rideau District Museum

The Rideau District Museum was established in 1961 to collect, preserve, and display the artifacts reflecting the history and people in our region’s past. It is housed in an authentic blacksmith and carriage shop constructed in the 1850s.

Hours: Open Thursday-Sunday in June, daily in July & August until Labour Day or by appt.
